We've Been Waiting for You.
Rebecca Snow
MS, CNS, LDN, RH(AHG) Nutritionist & Herbalist
My journey with herbal medicine began in 1997 when I first stepped into an herbal apothecary in New Mexico, seeking relief from a cold. Little did I know, that moment would ignite a passion for healing with plants and transform my career.

Years later, as I navigated my own personal struggles with fertility, I discovered the profound healing power of food. By eliminating food sensitivities, I found relief from lifelong symptoms, including anxiety and mood issues.
With over 21 years of clinical practice and a diverse range of specialties—including Lyme disease, mast cell disorders, and 12-step food programs—I now focus on supporting women through menopause. Like many, I experienced unexpected changes in my body as my hormones began to shift, leading me to ask, “What is happening to my body?!”

My mission is to empower women to embrace this stage of life, providing resources and support to make the last 20-40 years the best yet. Together, we can navigate these changes and celebrate the journey ahead.

I realized the extraordinary healing power of food when I became a mother for the first time. My 5-week-old daughter was experiencing serious gastrological issues and I was told to stop breastfeeding and give her elemental formula. Something inside of me told me that wasn’t the right solution. Instead, I took an unconventional approach, changed my diet, and continued nursing. After a few weeks, every single one of her symptoms went away.
From that point on, I started thinking about diet in terms of health and began to learn about how our bodies work and understand how nutrient-dense food nourishes and fuels our cells. I was fascinated and compelled to learn more so I switched careers and went back to school to learn as much as I could about the power of proper nourishment and self care to optimize health.

ANDIE INSCOE
MS, Clinical Herbalist & Health Coach
I truly felt the link between the body, food, and lifestyle when I met with my first holistic practitioner for digestive issues. We eliminated gluten and dairy, added gut-soothing herbs, and key nutrients - I was empowered that I could change my health for the better.
My love for herbs grew after buying my first herb book at a local herb shop in Boulder, CO. I learned how our connection with nature impacts the body and mind. Herbs have been essential to my health journey, soothing my nervous system, nourishing, and balancing hormones and blood sugar while managing PCOS.
With a Sociology background, I understand how our identities, relationships, environment, and access shape our choices. As an herbalist and health coach, I help women feel empowered to make health-positive changes that fit their lives.
I’m passionate about nervous system regulation, nourishment, movement, and connection to support well-being and mood. I create custom herbal formulas to complement your work and add gentle support where needed - hormone health, cardiovascular health, mental health, and more.
